After School Program
Licensed by the Maine Department of Health & Human Services.
Enroll your child in the After School Program. Within our
state-of-the-art facility, your child will have access to the finest
programs available.
Licensed for children ages 6-12.
Your child can enjoy all of these activities with a small weekly fee
based on a sliding scale. See the parent information packet located
near the front desk for more information. Youth must be registered
for the program ach school year and have a valid youth membership
at the Alfond Youth Center.
The After School Program Provides the following:
• A hot, nutritious meal after school
• A wide variety of activities in our triple gymnasium.
• Making friends in a fun atmosphere.
• Participation in the Homework Club *Power Hour
* and Project Learn, sponsored by JC Penney
• Exploring and learning with Net Smartz and
Club Tech in our supervised Technology Center
• Immersion Learing Program
• Swim time in our two heated, indoor pools.
• Playing outside with friends.
• Finding their creative passions in our Arts & Crafts Classroom.
• Forming relationships with positive role models.
• Special events, such as holiday parties
Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm
We follow the Waterville School System calendar.
Registrations are available near the front desk at the AYC!
A late fee of $5.00 will be charged per day, when registering after deadline.

*Free Childcare is available!
If your family qualifies for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program at your school, your child will be able to attend the After School Program for FREE!! Eligibility forms will be attached to the After School Program Registration packets.
